As a mom of three and recovering yoga pants addict, I’ve been stuck in my own mom rut.  That’s what led me to start my mom style blog Get Your Pretty On.  Blogging provided me with the accountability that I needed to get ready every day and feel good about myself again.

Want to know the secret I discovered along the way?  When I felt pretty, I got more done.  That’s what this guide is all about.

I’m not a time management expert, stylist, make up artist, professional organizer, nutritionist or personal trainer.  But I have worked with all of those.  What I am is a mom of three, writer, blogger and life coach.  I’ve found what works best for me and what’s worked best for other moms I’ve worked with.

One truth is universal:  We all want to be our best for our families.

Since the birth of my first child, my life has been devoted to doing what’s best for my kids.  I venture to guess it always will be, even after they’ve all flown the nest.

But this guide is about being our own best selves. 

Not because we’re selfish but because it’s the key to being better for our families.
