The Company: Get Your Pretty On, LLC is founded by Alison Lumbatis, a blogger, stylist, and certified life coach. We are a growing fashion and style enterprise based in Dallas, TX that offers its contractors a fulfilling and flexible work environment with plenty of growth opportunity.

The Position: We’re looking for a Wardrobe Resource Coordinator to work as a part time contractor from home, approximately 5-10 hours per week (more during launch cycles, approximately 15-20 hours per week) with an opportunity to grow. Training will be provided virtually (Skype/Google Meet) and via e-mail. Hourly compensation commensurate with experience is offered.

 

Requirements:

  • Responsive, proactive, motivated individual with a passion for GYPO’s mission of making style accessible for every woman
  • Clear, impeccable written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the Outfit Formulas framework concept and applying it to building a wardrobe (www.outfitformulas.com)
  • WordPress experience, preferred but not required
  • RewardStyle experience an asset or familiarity with plugging in widget code
  • Kajabi experience an asset
  • Canva experience an asset
  • Creative eye for style and color
  • Social media management experience an asset
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure excellence in our customer experience
  • Proactive contributor in a positive team environment that looks for ways to make existing processes even better
  • Must possess the ability to learn, retain, and apply new information in an
    ever-changing environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:

As GYPO’s Wardrobe Resource Coordinator you will be responsible for sourcing shopping links for specific items from popular retailer websites to maintain an up-to-date shopping database for our customers, this task is where the majority of your time will be spent. This is accomplished using the RewardStyle platform and integrated with our membership site using WordPress and Kajabi.

You would also be creating highly engaging social media posts to share current retailer sales and Outfit Formulas® products with our followers (mainly Instagram and Facebook) as well as other occasional administrative and social media support as needed. This position has the potential to evolve and expand with exceptional performance.

Requirements for Telecommuting: 

 

  • Must have your own PC/laptop (laptop preferred) with high speed Internet connection.
  • Position will consist of working virtually and independently. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, idea person.
