Rediscover Me – Video One


Welcome to Day One of the Rediscover Me 28 Day Challenge. I can’t wait to get started so let’s just dive right in.

To start this challenge off right, we’re going to do some general goal setting – not just for the next 28 days but for the year ahead. I’ve structured this 28 day program to be a launch pad for your entire year. You’ll be continuing to work on all of the goals you set in this challenge well beyond the next 28 days. At the end of each week, you’ll be completing a Goals Focus Form to track your progress.
