This is not a “how to” program, it’s a coaching program where you get the tools you need to make real, lasting positive changes. But it takes a lot of WORK. Therefore, I only want committed women who are willing to dig deep and do the work. Some of it is uncomfortable but change usually is.
I’ve worked hard to put together my most effective exercises and techniques that worked best for my coaching clients. Those clients pay $150 an hour to work one-on-one with me. All of them saw rapid results in every area of life and I still get e-mails and thank you notes from them years later.
This program is available for less than just ONE coaching session with me. You get an entire month’s worth of daily coaching utilizing some of the my most effective coaching exercises. These are some of my favorite tools that I use to get big results in my own daily life.
BONUS GIFT!
As a thank you for signing up, you’ll get a free downloadable copy of my Amazon best seller Get Pretty, Kick Butt!
WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:
“Just wanted to say thank you so much for creating The 28 Day Challenge. I was pleasantly surprised how happy and hopeful this challenge made me feel! When I’m happy, I feel I am a better mother and role model to my 2 daughters. Nothing is more rewarding to me than that feeling. I looked forward to your morning videos with my cup of coffee. The Goals Focus Forms were exactly the tool I needed to make me feel in control of my life and help me with my time management. I absolutely loved the support in the Facebook group and reading other women’s stories and sharing ideas. I know that I will continue what I have learned and complete some of my goals by the end of the year. This was just a start for me! Thanks again! I am so grateful that I took the challenge.” – Marjie D.
“I want to thank you again for this challenge. I have to admit, when I first read about it, I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to do it. I hope this doesn’t offend you, but I was afraid of the words “rediscover me” because it sounded kind of hippy and 70’s ish. I was in such a funk and knew I needed a push and some direction, so I signed up. I’m so glad I did. I’ve learned so much from you and feel recharged. I’ve learned to be intentional. In fact, that’s one of my “be” words! I also discovered that I had some rediscovering to do! Thanks also for the style challenges. I’ve just done two of them and it has helped me to feel more confident. Thank you for using your gifts and talents in such a positive way.” – T.E.
“I just wanted to send you a big thank you for creating the Rediscover Me Challenge. It’s hard for me to put into words everything I have gained from it, but I’m going to try! When I signed up, I desperately wanted a calmer, less frazzled day-to-day existence and knew that a daily/weekly routine was key. I had so many ideas constantly floating around in my mind of how I wanted to do this, needed to do that, etc., yet my days were going by in a nonproductive, unfulfilling, guilt ridden and chaotic blur! I woke up when my 4-year-old dragged me out of bed. We ate meals when we got around to it. I’d put my 2-year-old down for her nap AFTER we were to the point of full blown kicking and screaming tantrums. The house was a mess, the T.V. was constantly on, and I was on my iPad and Facebook WAY too much! One of the best aspects of being a SAHM is getting to spend more time interacting with my kids, and that simply wasn’t happening which frequently led to “bad mom” feelings and lots of guilt. I knew I needed to get things back on track for my whole family’s sake, but being in the mom rut that I was, it just seemed SO overwhelming to change it all around!
Well, come to find out, the first step in changing it all around was signing up for the Rediscover Me Challenge and immediately reading “Get Pretty, Kick Butt!” Such a straightforward plan of attack from someone who had been there was so incredibly helpful!!! I started getting up an hour before my family the very next day, and honestly, the “Power Hour” concept was a game changer for me from the get-go! Despite an hour less of sleep, I’m definitely a nicer mommy to wake up to AFTER I’ve had a couple cups of coffee and some time to myself to check emails/blog hop/collect my thoughts/make a plan for the day than I am when I have to just hit the ground running. After over a month of doing this, I can’t imagine not doing it this way! Your “Kick Butt Routine” really helped serve as a jumping off point for how I now structure our days and gave a good example of how to spread out household chores throughout the week so nothing gets out of hand. I now feel so much more in control of my day (and life) and definitely less overwhelmed by household tasks. Of course my kids are benefiting from having a more predictable flow throughout the day, and my husband appreciates coming home to a tidier house and happier family. The concept of “keeping hours” also spoke to me, and a key change I made in that regard is scheduling iPad time and using a timer. It is amazing how much more I get done and how much more present I feel!”
“It’s like you presented us with puzzle pieces, day by day. At first, maybe a piece or two didn’t seem to make much sense on its own, but as time went on, everything became more clear and started to come together more easily. By the end, I felt like the puzzle pieces of how I wanted my life to look were all finally connected, and now I’m left with a sense of pride for my accomplishment! I honestly feel like I am all of the sudden living life the way I have always wanted it to be. That sounds corny, but seriously… My household is running smoothly. My body is stronger and healthier. I feel good about the way I look. I feel good about what I am accomplishing. My thoughts are more positive, my mind is more peaceful. My relationships are more honest. I am more present. I am HAPPIER and so is my family! I never would have expected such a huge change to be possible in only one short month! Not to say that I accomplished everything or that I am by any means done here… I definitely have goals that still need attention, and keeping up with this change will obviously require time and commitment. Because of you though, I have the tools to keep things in check!”
“I can’t express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to do this challenge. Thank you for the time and energy you put into it as well as for really putting yourself out there at times. It’s absolutely mind boggling to think how much good you have done and how much change for the better you have put into play by creating all of your challenges, but especially this one! I’m convinced you are an angel here on Earth, Alison! It’s not just anyone who finds a way to impact and improve so many lives like you do! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!” – E.B.
“You have an amazing gift and talent in reaching people and making such a positive difference in their lives! The “Rediscover Me Challenge” was exactly what I needed and came at exactly the right moment. This challenge is definitely challenging, but in such a good way. I’m so glad I followed through with it! I haven’t felt this full of hope, faith, confidence, courage, boldness, joy in an extremely long time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your faithfulness in answering the call to lead us to “Rediscover who we really are and for giving us the faith & belief that we can “Become Her”. Thank you! Much love & appreciation.” – Suzette N.
“I am so thankful I signed up for the Rediscover Me Challenge! This month has passed so fast. I was not sure what to expect when we started. I am truly amazed at how the daily things have touched on EVERYTHING in my life. Even on the busy days (when I fell behind) the seed was planted for me to look at things differently and I heard Alison’s voice guiding me in my head! What an amazing group of women in this challenge sharing so much and supporting each other! The tools to rediscover me are in place and rolling along and changes are happening. More to come, a better me and as always – I am a work in progress!”
“I have learned more about goal setting, prioritizing, and fashion from this group than any self-help book, magazine, or my mother!”
