Since there wasn’t a formal journaling exercise this week, feel free to jot down your thoughts about your personal health in your journal.
This is a great time to reflect back on your past week’s Goals Focus Form to track your progress too. You’ll be filling out a new one tomorrow. Be sure to report your actions in the Facebook group for accountability.
