Fourth of July Outfits With Red, White, and Blue

This post sponsored by Walmart.

I’m still not sure what we’re doing this year to celebrate the Fourth of July, but with all the amazing clothing options available at Walmart I know I’ll be ready for anything! They have so many comfortable and versatile pieces it was hard to put together just one look, so I ended up putting together five 4th of July outfits! From fun prints that go with everything to easy one-and-done pieces, there’s a little something for everyone. The best part, all these looks aren’t just for the fourth but will become a favorite go-to look all summer long. While I love, their Time and Tru brand, their Scoop brand just dropped some amazing summer pieces you’ll totally want to ‘scoop’ up.

OUTFIT #1

Patterned Romper or Dress + Metallic Shoes + Neutral Handbag

This striped romper from Time and Tru is perfect for those hot July days! It’s a great one-and-done piece and of course, it has my all-time favorite pattern – stripes! I kept it simple by adding these great metallic flip-flops and my pop of color came from these red raffia earrings. They are great for adding interest without adding heat plus it gives me a reason to wear my hair up and off my neck. Got to show off those great earrings right? I finished this look off with a neutral handbag, which also has a crossbody strap, that will not only look great with my summer outfits, but I can easily transition into my fall wardrobe.

OUTFIT #2

Patterned Top + White Bottoms + Metallic Shoes + Neutral Handbag

I’d be lying if I said this red plaid top wasn’t the first thing that caught my eye. It’s really lightweight without being see-through and I love how it comes down a little in the back but has the tie detail in the front. Although I paired it with some white bottoms, it would also go great with any denim wash. Keeping with the hands-free theme I added a straw crossbody and finished off with some gold chain link earrings. Can we say Walmart Fashion for the win?!?

OUTFIT #3

Solid Dress + Neutral Shoes + Bright Handbag

I’m a sucker for a one-and-done piece and this solid navy dress fits the bill perfectly! It’s so comfortable and the ruffle details are a great touch. I paired them with some classic navy wedges which are ideal for a backyard picnic. They are able to give me a little extra height but I won’t have to worry about sinking into the grass. Since I’ll want to keep my hands free I opted for a red crossbody and some silver hoop earrings to finish off this Fourth of July Outfit.

OUTFIT #4

Printed Dress + Metallic Shoes + Neutral handbag

Although a dress can sometimes feel too fancy, this floral patterned dress is light and airy and it’s kept completely casual with the addition of the metallic flip-flops and raffia strapped crossbody. If you do want to go fancy, simply add some nude heels or wedges and opt for a simple clutch.

OUTFIT #5

White Top + Medium Wash Denim + White Shoes + Bright Handbag

I wanted to feature Fourth of July Outfits that are both easy and casual and what could be easier than a white tank top with some medium wash denim shorts? Remember though, you can start with a simple formula like this one but it’s the small details that can add tons of extra interest. For example, this white knit tank top by Scoop has a tiny hole pattern and scalloped hem that complements the silver studs on the white sandals. Then throw in a bright handbag for a pop of color and you’re all set! I choose red to keep with my patriotic theme but any color will work with this outfit.

Your turn! What Fourth of July Outfit is your favorite?

A big thank you to Walmart for keeping us stylish this summer and for supporting small businesses like GYPO!
