I Feel Pretty | In Bloom

Girls, I need to get my shop on!

This is the time of year that I start getting really bored with my wardrobe.  Toward the end of each season, I’ve pretty much paired up everything that’s in my closet in as many ways as possible.

This is an outfit that I pieced together for church last Sunday out of items that are all a few years old.  This shirt hasn’t seen the light of day in over a year!  I don’t wear florals very often, actually this may be the only floral I own.  I’m not sure why.  I have nothing against them and they are totally appropriate for this time of the year.

It’s time for this week’s link party.  But first, let’s take a look at last week’s Pretty of the Week.

She’s Jessi of Haircut and General Attitude!

The lace details on her cardigan are gorgeous and I love her retro head band and ruby red lips.

And now on to this week’s fun!

  • Is February not one of the hardest months to get through?! The wardrobe does feel booooring, but the weather hasn’t cooperated enough to bring out the spring clothing. I love how your accessories and nail polish really bring out that hint of turquoise in your top Alison.

  • Thanks for joining up with WW Alison 🙂 I agree with everyone else here, the florals really suit you and as always you look radiant! Sometimes those old items at the back can really give us a lift and the great thing about a new season is that we haven’t seen our old stuff for awhile – time to rediscover favourites!!!

Love the pretty floral with the taupey cardi and boots. 🙂 I too am so ready to wear spring clothes. I was in Cato today drooling over all the pretty spring colors and then stepped outside into the freezing cold dreary rainy reality. Yuk. 🙂 At least Spring comes quickly here in the South. 🙂
