Digital Products – Refund Policy
GYPO, LLC will, at its sole discretion, allow for refunds on all eligible products within the designated refund period. Some products are not eligible for refunds and are denoted as such. Digital products where all materials are accessed upon download are not eligible for refunds.
Delivery Policy
Digital products will be accessible after purchase. If a technical glitch does not immediately deliver your log-in instructions, you will gain access to the digital program as soon as a member of our support team can get your information out to you. This will happen within a reasonable window of 48 business hours.
Physical Products – Returns/Exchanges Policy
GYPO, LLC will allow for refunds and exchanges on physical products within 30 days of purchase.
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
Send in your item(s) to GYPO, LLC, 722 Rosewood Drive, Murphy, Texas 75094. Please include your order number, name and phone number with your return. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
EXCHANGES
For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
- Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

What is your return policy on physical products?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your receipt, invoice or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don’t have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.
We’ll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return.
