Last Friday I did a Facebook Live about spring 2018 denim trends. Jeans are one of my favorite fashion topics because I wear them almost every day of my life. I’m more excited about denim this season than I have been in a very long time. There are some really wearable trends on the horizon to update your jeans collection.
Spring 2018 denim trends are all about the details. The past few years have been about taking our classic basics (like a basic t-shirt) and giving them fun little updates – like ruffles and knotted hems. This year it’s denim’s turn to have a little fun. Here are five spring 2018 denim trends to have on your radar.

1. Dotted Denim
Why I Love it: A subtle dot pattern is whimsical but remains age appropriate and classic.
Pair it With: Try a poppy red top and leopard flats or a springy striped blouse with red mules for a perfect pattern mix.
