Selfie Style Diary | June

Confession time: I’ve been a major slacker.

When I sat down to do this month’s installment of the selfie style diary, I realized that I only had three outfits posted on Instagram this past month…THREE.  That’s not to say that I haven’t been getting dressed, I just haven’t been posting.

Well, that’s actually not entirely true either.  I’ve been wearing a lot of yoga pants lately.  It’s just been one of those months.  Honestly the end of the school year always blindsides me a little.  This year was especially busy with our son’s high school graduation this past weekend.  So I get a free pass this time, right?

I did manage to find a few outfits to share with you – all of them heavily influenced by pieces from the Summer Style Me Pretty Challenge.  One of the perks of putting a challenge together is that it makes it easy for me to get dressed too!

LIFE LATELY

Yes, THIS happened over the weekend.  We couldn’t be more proud of our son Devon!  While I’ve been dreading his high school graduation for the past year (and thinking I would be a crying mess the whole time), it was by far the best graduation we’ve ever been to.  The speeches were incredibly entertaining and it was just one big, fun celebration.  What a unique experience!

Cute shorts! Target has them buy one get 50% off one this week. Guess where I’m going?:) Love the pic with your son, you both look so happy and I love the dress! Graduations are those milestone moments, you work so hard to get there and then, because you know this means a new step in life, it is also bittersweet.

Congratulations to your son. You both look beautiful in that photo and definitely you don’t look like you could be Mom to an 18-year old. Loving all your OOTDs as well. The 3 pairs of Sandals and your 2 pairs of Printed Shorts are all gorgeous. I like the Cobalt paired with B+W Stripes too – I will keep that in mind, Alison.

  • I love those Target shorts. I think I need to pick up a pair or two:) Congratulations to your son!

  • They are very nice outfits! I especially love the printed shorts, white tee, and silver sandals. I would so wear that!

I found you through the Pleated Poppy WIWW link up.
