Summer date nights are my favorite date nights. There’s something about having the freedom to go out any night of the week and not have to worry about the kids’ practice schedules or getting ready for the next school day. This summer, Craig and I have been taking advantage of getting out a little more since we know what lies ahead in the fall. Aubrey is going to be a senior and having already been down that path with Devon, we know how crazy it’s going to be.
We usually don’t go anywhere fancy as we have a handful of casual neighborhood places that are our “regulars”. But I do like to feel a little more dressed up than I would for an evening at say, Chick-fil-a.
